Brief introduction of bucket sand washer

Bucket sand washing machine is a washing equipment for artificial sand (including natural sand). This type of sand washing machine produced by our company is a wheel bucket washing equipment, which can clean and separate the stone powder and soil in the sand. Its novel sealing structure and reliable transmission device ensure the effect of cleaning and dehydration. It is a sand washing equipment used with the sand making machine. This series of sand washing machines are arranged at an inclination of 15 degrees. The lower part of the water tank is surrounded by three side weir plates to form a sedimentation tank. The screw head is submerged into the sedimentation tank. The screw is driven by the motor through the reducer to rotate continuously, and the cleaning water is fed from the perforated plate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. The equipment has three functions: cleaning, dehydration and classification.

Working principle of sand washer

The washed sand is injected into the sand washing tank through the chute. The sand in the water is dug and loaded into the wheel bucket with a rotating bucket wheel. The bucket wheel is gradually dehydrated during rotation and lifting until the bucket wheel turns to the discharge end. The washed sand is poured into the discharge chute and transported to the sand stacking site by belt conveyor. The transmission system is transmitted from the small belt pulley installed on the motor to the large belt pulley for deceleration through the V-belt, and then decelerated twice through the JZQ reducer. The output shaft end drives the bucket wheel transmission shaft after the third deceleration through a pair of open gears, so that the bucket wheel operates at a slow speed of about one revolution per minute.
